As such the attitudes of our customers, regulators and employees are shifting significantly. We must seek not only to limit the negative impact of our business practices on individuals downstream, but ensure a positive impact on all those individuals and communities within our sphere of influence.

This extends from people in our own teams to those in our supply chains, but also in the communities that we operate and those affected by our products and services.
